PAS Polska·Manufacturing & IT infrastructure

Challenge

PAS Polska needed a secure connection between their SAP system and Poland's government KSeF API — without rebuilding their entire ERP and while meeting strict security requirements.

Solution

We built a dedicated middleware in a Tauri (Rust) desktop architecture, a C# (.NET 8) backend handling RSA authorization and KSeF API communication, and an OCR module (Nexo-OCR Vision) for automatic document capture.

  • PLN 150,000 value of the first pilot contract
  • Maintaining and operating infrastructure for 450+ users
  • Handling core SAP accounting transactions (FB60, MIRO) and structured FA(3) invoices
  • Financial calculations run on a deterministic engine — zero risk of LLM-generated errors

360 Księgowość accounting office network·Accounting offices & B2B financial operations

Challenge

Accounting offices lose significant time manually entering client invoices and are looking for ways to scale margins without hiring more staff.

Solution

We built a B2B2B document workflow portal with an AI CFO module — AI translates financial data into plain language for management, while the actual calculations and balances run on deterministic database logic, not a language model.

  • From PLN 139/month for the entire accounting office
  • PLN 0 on the client company side
  • No limit on the number of companies per plan
  • Distributed through the 360 Księgowość accounting office network

CostTrim — intelligent AI cost optimization proxy

CostTrim — intelligent AI cost optimization proxy

In-house NexoSoftware product·AI infrastructure / DevTools

Challenge

Teams using OpenAI, Claude, Groq, DeepSeek or Llama APIs don't know what their AI actually costs until the bill arrives — and standard observability tools only report cost, they don't reduce it.

Solution

We built a drop-in proxy that sits between the application and AI model providers. CostTrim tracks cost, tokens and latency per user, and its Inline Auto-Optimization Proxy trims prompts and reroutes simple requests to cheaper models in real time — before the bill happens, not after.

  • Up to 85% reduction in AI request costs automatically, with no code changes
  • Drop-in integration with OpenAI, Claude, Groq, DeepSeek and Llama API
  • Stack: Next.js, Docker, PostgreSQL
  • Public live demo — real cost math, no signup required

Frequently asked

Before you ask — we've probably answered it here.

If you don't find your answer below, just reach out.

How much does working with NexoSoftware cost?

Pricing depends on scope — SAP integration complexity, number of users and the level of automation involved. We don't sell off-the-shelf packages; every project starts with a consultation where we scope out real requirements and pricing tailored to your organization.

How long does a typical implementation take?

It depends on integration complexity — from a few weeks for smaller automations to several months for a full SAP integration with external systems (as with the FactFlow project). We set a realistic timeline with concrete milestones at kickoff.

Will you integrate with our existing SAP/ERP without rebuilding it?

Yes — that's our specialty. On the FactFlow project we built a dedicated middleware connecting SAP to the government KSeF API without touching the client's existing ERP.

How are you different from a typical software house?

We don't just "ship code." We understand the business and operational risk behind the technology — every project is led by a team with the right level of expertise, not whoever happens to be available.

What about data security and GDPR compliance?

We design every project with security built in from the start — including RSA authorization and deterministic engines instead of an LLM black box for financial calculations. Our privacy policy explains how this website itself handles the data it collects.

What happens after the implementation is done?

We don't stop at launch — we maintain and evolve the infrastructure (for 450+ users on the FactFlow project, for example) as a long-term partnership, not a one-off engagement.
