The data controller is NexoSoftware sp. z o.o., based in Bukowiec, Poland, NIP: 788-204-92-12, KRS: 0001222697.
For questions about data protection, contact us at contact@nxosoft.com or by phone at +48 603 300 563.
The contact form on this site collects only the data you choose to enter: your full name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and message content.
The form does not send data to our server and we do not store it automatically. When you click "Send inquiry," your browser opens your default email client with the message pre-filled, which you then send directly to contact@nxosoft.com.
Data is processed to respond to your inquiry and establish a business relationship, based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
Data may be processed by the email service provider hosting the contact@nxosoft.com mailbox. We do not share your data with other parties without a legal basis, nor do we sell it to third parties.
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, if a business relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).
This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies, nor any tools that track individual users. We do not perform profiling.
We may use cookieless traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which collects only aggregated visit statistics without identifying individual people and without storing anything on your device — so no consent banner is required.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) if you believe the processing of your data violates GDPR.
For any data protection matters, please contact us at contact@nxosoft.com.
